Are you the parent or caretaker of a tween or teen who looks                                                after younger children?

This workshop  is a great way to alarm your child of how to properly deal with the things that come along with being responsible for other people. Whether they are prepping to start their own babysitter's company or if they just want a heads-up with figuring out how to deal with young ones who are in their company- we've got some great info for them!

The student should expect to...

Do the first part of the workshop in class. This is where we will go over safety concerns and components of the course. We will also discuss tips on how to get business for their business. The students will receive a certificate of completion from the American Life Training Institute.

For the last part of the course, the students will work on their resumes in class. Once the workshop is over, their at home assignment will be for them to email their resume's. Once the resume has been emailed to the instructor, corrections will be made and they will until Friday to make their corrections. This part is especially important to those who wish to earn extra money by becoming Babysitters or even Nannies.

Your teen will learn about:

  • Stranger Danger
  • Fire Safety
  • Choking Rescue Techniques
  • Tips on how to perform CPR on adults, infants, and children
  • Educational Entertainment of Children
  • Tips to working on your resume

  • Knowing how much to charge for your services
  • Top 5 cpr and first aid techniques
